Then came the clarification: ELLY is optional for all counties and all citizens. 😂 ELLY is a research tool—and, in my opinion, a damn good one—that anyone can sign up to use. Reviewing records, identifying discrepancies, and asking officials to investigate are legitimate parts of public oversight. A flagged record should be verified; it should never be treated as an automatic verdict on someone’s eligibility. If you have documented examples of ELLY producing inaccurate results, present them. Show the records, explain the errors, and let people evaluate the evidence. Comparing it to another platform and listing everything you fear might happen does not establish that case. For an organization that champions transparency and accountability, discouraging public scrutiny of voter rolls deserves a better explanation. Most of you have already heard the sad news that Joe Rossi has passed away as a result of cancer. Joe was a retired corporate executive and chemical engineer who taught engineering at a small college in Georgia after retirement. I had the honor of working directly with Joe on the Georgia 2020 research. His work in SEB case 2021-181 confirmed around 6,500 gross duplicate votes in the Fulton hand count, which provided Biden with a 4,000 fake net gain. Then Joe, Kevin Moncla, and Phillip Davis proved in SEB 2023-025 that several thousand Fulton ballots had been double scanned and added to the cast vote record. Joe's testimony and evidence ultimately led to the FBI raid in Fulton County and the resultant ongoing investigation. Joe was an intelligent man of high moral character.
