He’s publicly stated many times he is not affiliated with Binance. He even reached out to his followers to see if anyone talked to you because no one has heard from you in so long and wanted to make sure you were ok.

It all might be indirect, ie hinting at we "Binance", we have "contacts" we know "25% more" with denial plausibility But it all paints a picture.... And in the end, every little slip of the tongue will get you caught Like the below where GP directly implies Binance with him.
