I requested a refund for Gears E Day because it runs like trash. @XboxSupport In literally seconds an email was sent to me saying the request was denied due to "refund policies." I played the game for about an hour, most of which was waiting for shaders and just tweaking the graphics settings because it runs so poorly. I only played the multiplayer.
