NEW: Haverford Professor Guangtian Ha
has been arrested and charged with cyberstalking a Jewish colleague.
Posing as a MAGA anon on X, he allegedly messaged another Haverford professor around 50 times between October 2025 and May 2026.
In addition to posting vile antisemitic messages (see below), he allegedly posted his colleague’s “home address, infant child's name, a photograph of the family's mailbox, countless antisemitic slurs and threats, and reference to real-time observation of their home.”
The target’s wife twice moved out of the home with their three children because they were so terrified.
Ha is a member of Faculty for Justice in Palestine.
He has called complaints about antisemitism on campus “Zionist witch hunts.”
Originally from China, he is an associate professor of religion at Haverford who studies Islam in China.
He holds a PhD in anthropology from Columbia. His dissertation is entitled, “Religion of the Father: Islam, Gender, and Politics of Ethnicity in Late Socialism.”
He won the 2023 Clifford Geertz Prize in the Anthropology of Religion for his book, The Sound of Salvation: Voice, Gender, and the Sufi Mediascape in China.
He is “charged with one count of cyberstalking pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §
2261A(2). The statutory maximum for cyberstalking is five years' imprisonment, three years of supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.”

Why men -- especially conservative men -- won't go to therapy:
The weird thing about the American Psychological Association (APA) is that every objective observer has known that it's been ideologically captured by the Left since the 1970s.
That's the main reason why the Association for Psychological Science split off back in 1988, to form a more-scientific, less-politicized version of APA.
Yet, here we are, 40 years later -- with APA still the main accrediting body that gives its seal of approval to PhD programs that train the vast majority of licensed clinical psychologists in America.
APA sets the agenda. It determines what gets covered in graduate courses. It runs the most influential journals and conferences. It sets the whole political and ideological tone for psychological research. For decades, it has pushed political correctness, 'affirmative action', wokeness, DEI, and Leftist political causes.
APA also ignores, censors, and/or demonizes the psychological research areas that are politically incorrect, but that replicate well (e.g. intelligence research, behavior genetics, evolutionary psychology, sex differences).
There are alternatives. For example, the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS) focuses more on the real science -- evidence-based treatments and interventions -- rather than on the Leftist activism of APA.
But, for the moment, the APA's ideological agenda still dominates American clinical psychology.
This partly explains the feedback loop between clinical psychology becoming so feminized (with women getting about 80% of clinical psychology PhDs), and clinical psychology becoming so radical-Leftist in its politics.
And it explains why it's pretty difficult to find licensed clinical psychologists who are actually sympathetic to men, conservatives, and/or Christians.
This is one big reason why men won't go to therapy -- they don't want to deal with a (probably female, probably liberal) therapist who has been indoctrinated into wokeness for 5-6 years throughout her graduate training.

Big from Supreme Court today -- first day of its 2026-2027 term.
When the Court decided the Temporary Protective Status cases at the end of last term, those cases involved only Syria and Haiti.
Other TPS designations have been ended by the Trump Administration, but the Court did not take up lower court decisions for review -- only the cases involving Syria and Haiti.
A very complicated and long-standing case -- the first one brought if I am not mistaken -- out of the Ninth Circuit involved the largest group covered TPS -- Venezuelans.
An Obama appointed District Judge in San Fran -- former ACLU attorney Edward Chen -- has issued three different decisions finding the termination of TPS by Sec. Noem to have been unlawful, and invalidating her decisions. The Ninth Circuit twice refused to stay the lower court decisions, and Judge Chen ultimately granted summary judgment in favor of the Plaintiffs, blocking the ending of TPS by Noem. The Ninth Circuit upheld his ruling, and the Trump Admin. appealed to SCOTUS.
This was the most significant case NOT decided by SCOTUS last June because it was in a slightly different procedural posture, and Judge Chen's ruling was on different legal grounds that the two cases the Court did decide. But the Venezuela case involved the most aliens covered by TPS.
This morning the Court accepted the Government's Petition, reversed the Ninth Circuit's decision upholding Judge Chen, and remanded the case back to the Ninth Circuit for further proceedings in consideration of its decision in the Syria and Haiti cases.
This means the Court is done with TPS -- it's not going to consider any of the other challenges involving other countries that were still pending after it reversed the lower courts in the Syria and Haiti cases.
Clean sweep by the Trump Administration on this very important question because one key factor in the Syria and Haiti case was the Court's finding that district courts where the cases all began lacked jurisdiction to hear and decide the claims.
From the Court:
"A provision of the TPS statute, 8 U. S. C. §1254a(b)(5)(A), provides: “There is no judicial review of any determination of the [Secretary of Homeland Security] with respect to the designation, or termination or extension of a designation, of a foreign state under this subsection.” This text is clear, and its plain meaning is very broad."
Expect to see these same words repeated in other immigration cases in the Court's new term as more of the lawfare on immigration cases makes its way to SCOTUS.

It's important to understand that if the accused were Muslims it never would've gotten this far and no one would've ever heard of this woman.
This "investigstion" is a vulgar display of power on the part of the Left to reassert it's moral authority.
The allegations in the Cornell sexual assault case are deeply disturbing and gut-wrenching. Cornell University has failed this survivor.
I fully support Governor Hochul's decision to name Attorney General James as special prosecutor in this case and look forward to the complete and extensive investigation that is to come.
Accountability and justice cannot simply be values, they must also be delivered.
