In Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 56-year-old grandmother Vickie Williams-Tillman jumped onto a violent attacker's back to save a police officer who was being brutally assaulted on the side of the road. As the suspect repeatedly struck the officer over the head with a flashlight while trying to disarm him, Vickie pulled onto the grass and physically restrained the attacker until backup arrived, earning her the police department's highest civilian honor for saving the officer's life.
