I'm a for real car guy. Through and through. My buddy set the land speed record in 2004 with his car (214 mph). Last year at Bonneville, he got up to 247, with the record 249. Just missed it. Unfortunately he damaged his Joe Gibbs NASCAR engine during the run. He got a new engine for his race car few months back. Going on the dyno tomorrow. Expecting over 800 hp and 550 ft-lbs torque. Race is next weekend.

My theory on gluten intolerance Similar mechanism to Alph Gal Syndrome. Gluten is a very unique protien. Only found in a few places, just like Alpha Gal is only found in some meat. The sources for each molecule are very limited. The wheat supply is soaked with glyphosate. This practice started just decades ago, around the time gluten intolerance became noticeable. Glyphosate is a known carcinogen, endocrine disruptor, etc. the body associates the internal disruption from the glyphosate with the signal it gets from the gluten. Over time, the body mistakes the output of endocrine disruption comes after the input of gluten. It's classical conditioning.
What the hell was a peanut allergy or a gluten intolerance 30 years ago? I’m absolutely convinced that 99% of the modern gut issues we see and 99% of the modern food allergies and insensitivities are a direct result of our having switched to boneless skinless meats and skipping the bone gelatin over the last three decades.

Leveling up my hair restoration project. It's a long game... I've built a base with T3 and boner pills over the last 6 months. (60mg NP Thyroid/5mg Tadalafil) Adding this DIY serum with a base that promotes bioavailability, penetration, stimulation, and some the real active ingredients-copper peptides. 1% AHK-Cu cosmetic grade 1% GHK-Cu cosmetic grade Going to apply EoD and dermastamping 1x per week.
DIY hair serums got me feeling like Walter White. AHK-Cu Powder: 2.0 g GHK-Cu Powder: 1.0 g Distilled Water: 80g Dimethyl Isosorbide: 5g Propylene Glycol: 5g Niacinamide: 3.0 g Hyaluronic Acid: 0.8g PDRN: 1.0 g

Ian (@Ironhands57) and Lee (@Fett533) have been working on this behind the scenes for months. We’re finally ready to launch Iron Ethos. Iron Ethos is health, fitness and lifestyle coaching built around a simple foundation: Consistency. Train. Fuel. Recover. Tribe. Forged together. There’s plenty of coaching out there that’s just macros, a template, and a weekly check-in. That’s not what we’re building. We want real individualized coaching. That starts with actually knowing the person. Goals, history, lifestyle, limitations, strengths, what has and hasn’t worked before. Then we build from there. Individualized nutrition and training. Ongoing adjustments. Accountability. Education. Direct access during the week. Regular review of how you’re actually executing the work. Execution is the piece most people overlook. A lot of people don’t fail because the program was bad. They fail because they don’t know how to run the program. They don’t understand the movements. They don’t understand progression. They don’t know how hard to push, when to back off, or when something needs to change. You can have the best program on paper. If you run it poorly or inconsistently, you won’t see optimal results. Our goal isn’t just telling you what to do every week. It’s teaching you how to understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, how to hold yourself accountable, and eventually how to keep producing results independently. We’re starting small on purpose. Limited founding client spots at introductory pricing. That lets us work closely with the first group, keep refining the systems, and make sure the level of service actually matches what we want Iron Ethos to be. This isn’t about building the biggest coaching operation possible. There’s a point where more clients just means less attention per person. We’d rather have fewer people who get real individualized coaching than a big roster where clients turn into numbers. The objective is straightforward. Train the body and the mind. Fuel and nourish what you’re chasing. Recover from training and from life. Build and support your family and your tribe. Understand the process. Then forge it together into something you can actually sustain. That’s Iron Ethos. DM either of us (@Ironhands57 or @Fett533), Mary Lydia (Ian’s wife @lipstickhippiee), or @IronEthosX to get started!

A few months ago I changed careers and went from working inside to working outside. I work with farmers and I am in the fields everyday. I'm more in touch with where my food comes than ever before. I've never been happier and healthier. My relationships with my wife, coworkers, and family have never been better. "Touch grass" has become a kind of weird insult or slur. It's a shame. It's been the best change I've made to my life in years.

I haven't posted about this in a while (too long) but the Reptides app has been getting constantly improved and updated. They've reworked the organization and aesthetic of everything as well as adding tons of new compounds. I use it to log my data and I'm currently sitting at #5 on the leaderboard. It really is the best aggregate of peptide or research chemical research and community reporting. They also changed the model, its no longer a subscription based payment and $100 will get you lifetime access to the platform. You can get 10% off using code GASLIGHT or the link below.

Carrageenan is a result of vegans. The vegan lobby eliminated animal gelatin as a thickening agent. This was their first choice as an alternative. The markets have spoken. Stuff is hot garbage.
@KalonaMilkDairy announced on their IG that they will no longer have carrageenan in their chocolate milk. This came after consumer pushback and Kalona listened! Carrageenan, derived from red seaweed can be used as thickening or stabilizing to help prevent separation within the product. It is something I avoid at all costs as it causes a lot of inflammation in the gut, among others: "Carrageenan (E407 & E407a)—a thickening agent in dairy alternatives, deli meats, and plant-based products—was linked to: 32% higher risk of breast cancer."
