Ms. Fennell was a stalwart of Masterman’s main office and brought a wonderful positive energy to interactions with students and families. She will be sorely missed.

People see Masterman students losing art, music, and gym and assume this is an equitable rebalancing of budget priorities. But as PJ showed, our budget is already cut to the bone. We aren’t taking anything away from anyone else, and don’t deserve to lose anymore.
Vrishab Kaushik, a #PHLed Masterman student, is asking the board to halt changes at the school which would take music, art and gym away from students in some grades. (Context here - inquirer.com/news/masterman-…)
