That's not how market precification works. The price rate reflects "the last known closed deal", and that deal establishes the price for all the units, even those that were not traded in that deal. So, a small volume may move price a lot, depending on the size of the market. It doesn't mean 33 billion dollars came to bitcoin. It just means everyone expects the price of this thing they are holding now to be the priced the same as those traded in the last deal, a deal they did not participate. It's the same for stocks and everything else. Stocks, for instance, move prices dramatically with 1% or maybe 2% of the total stock stash being traded.
