The scrappy entrepreneur who starts a business in their garage is the epitome of the American dream.   AI is no different.   America can foster an innovative approach while positioning all companies, big or small, to bring an idea to the marketplace and have people rally around it.   That’s how we win the AI race and beat China.

The decisions Congress makes now will determine whether America remains the best place in the world to turn a new idea into a great company or whether tomorrow's innovators are stifled by the regulatory capture regime being pushed by some of those on the frontier.
