Claudia Bismark was a beloved artist who lived in Fells Point for more than 35 years. She was 76. On Tuesday she went to breakfast with her husband. Charging documents say a man sat in the back of the deli and watched her husband pay in cash. When they left, he went out the back door and followed them.
