Breaking News: Warrant in Fulton County Election Office FBI Raid Just Unsealed Fulton County’s 2020 elections were recounted, litigated, and repeatedly reviewed — with no fraud found. Yet the FBI raided the county election office and seized 2020 election records. The warrant authorizing that raid has just been unsealed. Our quick take: The warrant raises serious questions about probable cause. Its allegations rely on long-running claims of 2020 election fraud — claims rejected by multiple recounts, audits, and court cases. So where is the evidence of fraud or intentional misconduct that would justify this intrusion more than five years later? These elections were already reviewed and settled. The results are final. Reopening them risks undermining confidence in future elections. This could set a troubling precedent that could chill election administration and invite more executive interference nationwide.
