MILITARY/ACTION THRILLER NEWS: I’m still actively searching for a literary agent. I’ve found that the waiting and dealing with rejections are the most challenging aspects of writing a book. That said, if you’re thinking about writing a book, here’s my advice regarding the beginning stage of the journey. It may sound quite familiar, as like myself, you’ve likely heard other writers advise to simply write down the words as they come, allowing them to flow without restraint. It wasn’t until I was about halfway through my military thriller that I truly grasped what they meant. At first, I felt compelled to keep everything organized and orderly. However, it soon became clear that allowing my fingers to dance over the keyboard without waiting for the perfect sentence to appear on my screen genuinely helped the process. My tip to aspiring writers: Spill those words onto the page and clean up the mess afterward. You’re going to rewrite those paragraphs a hundred times anyway. ha! As someone who went through the reinstatement process and is still fighting it to this day, this post by @KevinBouren highlights major inconsistencies across the @DeptofWar and once again raises a critical question for leadership: Why is the @USArmy able to comply with EO 14184, zero questions asked, and make their members whole, while other branches like the Department of the Air Force and Space Force fight every aspect of the reinstatement order? Note: I am proud of the @USArmy reinstatement team for complying with EO 14184 as directed. I am also happy that Capt Reattoir received what he was promised. However, seeing as Capt Reattoir and I are now the same rank, these major inconsistencies need to be highlighted. I’m going to give two examples here, one of Capt Reattoir and one of my own case. I’ll be using actual time in uniform, not including backdated service credit. The purpose: to show major inconsistencies and issues within the Department of War’s reinstatement process. Capt Reattoir: Years in service: 1 Experience & Accomplishments: • Scored 600 on ACFT • Made Commandant’s List Reinstatement results: • Promoted from 2Lt to Captain (two ranks) • Approved to transfer to @usairforce Captain Zermeno Years in service: 13 Military Education & Training: • BMT (Honor Graduate) • Tech School (Top Graduate) • Crash/Damaged Aircraft Recovery • Personal Reliability Program (PRP) • Officer Training School • Pilot Training (Class Rank #2) • SERE • Water Survival • Acquisitions • Squadron Officer School Experience: Enlisted • B-52 Crew Chief (Repair & Reclamation) • Crash/Damaged Recovery Team Officer Pilot: • Flight time (T-6, T-1, RC-135) • Squadron Duty Officer • Wing Executor/Liaison • Supported 300 sorties / 2,000+ hours Space Launch: Duty Titles: • Mission Integrator • Deputy Flight Commander • Flight Commander • Assistant Director of Operations Stratifications: • #2/21 Action Officers • #2/5 Mission Integrators • #9/66 CGOs (Group) • #4/29 CGOs (Squadron) • #3/12 Flight Commanders (Group) • #3/26 CGOs (Group) Highlights: • 25+ launch campaigns • 300+ satellites on orbit • Developed COVID CONOP • Execution at 7 launch facilities • Oversaw transport/test/launch • Supervised hundreds Airmen/Guardians • Worked with NASA/SpaceX/ULA/Boeing • NSSL Award Fee inputs on $3.3B contract Civilian work while separated: Instructor/Curriculum Developer • 533rd TRS / USSF • Taught hundreds of Guardians • Topics: Orbital Mechanics, Doctrine, etc. • 500+ instructional hours Reinstatement results: • Backpay: Zero • Rank: Captain • Promotions: Slow-rolling the process • Job responsibilities: Career regression • Supervising: Zero people Summary Capt Reattoir and I have two completely different military experiences, yet we are the same rank, now both in the Department of the Air Force. The Army proved they can make members whole when they want to. The Department of the Air Force is fighting every single step of the process, slow-rolling it, and not making members whole in a timely manner. There are major inconsistencies throughout the Department of War when it comes to EO 14184 that need to be addressed by leadership. @PeteHegseth @USW_PR_HONTata @matthewlohmeier @POTUS
An Extraordinary Story & A Legacy Continues! In 2021, he earned a PERFECT 600 on the newly developed Army Combat Fitness Test at Fort Jackson; then he crushed Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, and his superb performance earned him “Commandant’s List” recognition; and then he commissioned as a 2LT in the Signal Corps. With those impressive credentials, the Army still kicked him out. Who is this man? From Brimley, Michigan, to the Army’s Fort Benning to the skies of the U.S. Air Force: the inspiring story of CPT Christian Reattoir. Christian graduated from Lake Superior State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and a focus in Rehabilitation Science. With degree in hand, he chose to enlist as a SGT/E5 in 2021 as an Army Officer Candidate and attend Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, SC. During Basic Training, Reattoir was one of only a few Soldiers Army-wide to achieve a PERFECT SCORE (600) on the ACFT. After graduating Basic Training, Reattoir successfully completed OCS at Benning on the “Commandant’s List” and commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army Signal Corps. While attending the Basic Officer Leader Course, 2LT Christian Reattoir was unlawfully and involuntarily discharged from the U.S. Army in June 2022 due to his refusal to take an experimental COVID shot. Having come from a family with a long history of honorable service in the @USArmy—including a Great Grandfather who served in WWII and a Grandfather who served in Vietnam—this was a significant detriment to his plans of dedicated service. “I felt called to serve again and had unfinished business with my goals in the military.” With that statement of determination, Christian began his pursuit of reinstatement into service. Thanks to @POTUS President Trump’s Executive Order and the unwavering leadership of @SecWar @PeteHegseth, Christian was reinstated to Active Duty in May 2026 with full relief to include a backdated promotion to the rank of Captain (effective 1 OCT 2025), backpay, constructive service credit, and assigned as a key member of the @USArmy COVID Reinstatement & Reconciliation Task Force (R2TF) helping other Warriors of Conscience return to service. CPT Reattoir underscored one of his goals. “We can only change the organization from the inside, and we need leaders of integrity in our ranks. I feel like I can make a difference no matter how big or small.” He emphasized, “The R2TF was awesome to work with, and they got my Inter-Service Transfer approved to go to the Air Force.” CPT Reattoir will continue his faithful service as he transitions into the @usairforce as an Aerospace Physiologist (13H) with his duty station of choice. “I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the R2TF for hosting my promotion to Captain and reinstatement ceremony at The Pentagon. It was an awesome experience for me and my family…and an honor to meet so many people who support this movement to reinstate service members who were kicked out due to the unlawful mandate. My time in uniform so far has been amazing, I’m very blessed to be able to work for the R2TF until my transfer to the Air Force.” Welcome back, Captain!!! The @DeptofWar is excited you are getting to continue your family’s legacy of service, and the R2TF is thrilled to have you on the team! A special thanks to @ASWMandRA HON Tim Dill for his presence and encouragement at the ceremony.

Congrats to CPT Reattoir! I sincerely mean that… ..but I’m not done here. Now, he’s the same rank as @JoshuaZermeno over at U.S. Space Force. thegatewaypundit.com/2026/06… Everyone remember this initial promise? “Return to service with no impact on their service status, rank, or pay.” Zermeno received two Letters of Reprimand (LORs) and a "Do Not Promote" recommendation that blocked his promotion to major for refusing the unlawful shot. No impact to service status? How long will Zermeno sit at the rank of Captain before he’s eligible for promotion, working alongside colleagues who surpassed him—some just for yielding to the pressure of taking the shot? How can @USArmy can get it right with promotions, while @usairforce cannot, even when they’re looking at the same reinstatement memo and multiple guidance updates to cover the false promises made about rank and back pay in President Trump’s executive order? Zermeno is someone who has clearly communicated every aspect of his career to Pentagon officials on several occasions. I have strongly supported him through various articles, and since I regard him as a friend, this situation feels personal to me. Sadly, Zermeno isn’t the only service member within the Department of the Department of the Air Force who’s getting slapped in the face every time the Army celebrates one of its victories. What’s more, what trivial responsibilities do you currently have this experienced Space Force officer handling? Is that truly the most effective use of our resources? @POTUS @realDonaldTrump @PeteHegseth @SecWar @ajtata @USW_PR_HONTata @SecAFOfficial @matthewlohmeier

Legal Battle Over C19 Shot Mandate Sparks Debate on Military Accountability and Public Health By J.M. Phelps / The Gateway Pundit A federal defamation lawsuit from Dr. Terry Adirim, a former health official at the Pentagon, has emerged as a crucial forum for a larger debate surrounding the U.S. military’s COVID-19 shot mandate instituted in 2021. Dr. Adirim, who served as the acting assistant secretary of defense for health affairs, played a key role in advising the Pentagon during the so-called vaccine rollout. Three years later, she transitioned to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as director of the agency’s Center for Global Health Services but was dismissed from her position on April 4, 2025. In response to her termination, Adirim filed a lawsuit against the CIA, its director John Ratcliffe, and Ivan Raiklin, a retired U.S. Army Special Forces officer and attorney who publicly alleged her involvement in the shot mandate. In a ruling last February, Judge Michael Nachmanoff dismissed the remaining claims against the CIA but allowed portions of Adirim’s lawsuit against Raiklin to move forward. This ongoing legal battle has notable implications, as Raiklin’s defense will introduce powerful claims regarding the mandate and alleged mRNA shot-related injuries into the evidentiary record. On October 30, 2026, Raiklin is set to appear in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia to address two defense motions in the case of Adirim v. Healthcare Advocates Demand Reassessment of mRNA Vaccine Policies in Open Letter to Secretary Kennedy and President Trump By J.M. Phelps / The Gateway Pundit Advocating for individual rights and autonomy in medical decision-making, Americans for Health Freedom, sent an open letter on September 18, 2026, to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and President Donald Trump. The signatories are publicly opposing the policies overseen by Secretary Kennedy and President Trump concerning the mRNA platform. This technology utilizes synthetic messenger RNA encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles to direct human cells to generate specific proteins aimed at preventing or treating diseases, a process that many leading medical experts consider dangerous and potentially lethal when introduced to the human body. @gatewaypundit @P_McCulloUghMD @MaryBowdenMD @AmerHlthFreedom @IvanRaiklin @LTCTheresaLong @POTUS @realDonaldTrump @RobertKennedyJr Read the entire story with @NicHulscher in the replies below.

Should SAF/IG Lieutenant General David Lyons respond to the inquiries posed to him?

@SecKennedy, how many months must go by before someone at CMS can provide me with a projected response date? I submitted my FOIA on June 26 and received confirmation on July 2. Is it truly necessary for it to take two and a half months just to receive an estimated date of response? As previously shared, I had also reached out to the CMS Media Relations Group with a few questions. I got a confirmation number for my online submission and was informed that I would receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. However, it’s now been over 2,044 hours and 22 minutes. No joke. Surely, you value transparency from HHS, don’t you? @HHSGov @CMSGov @CMSgovPre
@SecKennedy, as the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, you oversee the federal agency responsible for Medicare. Since the day-to-day administration of Medicare and Medicaid is handled more directly by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) within that department, please allow me to bring something to your attention. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is often described as “a vital pillar of government transparency.” In my experience, this hasn’t always been the case. Consider the following, and as you do, I kindly ask your assistance in obtaining the answers I am looking for. On June 26, 2026, I submitted a FOIA request to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Although I received an automatic reply with a control number, there has been no response to my subsequent email inquiries regarding the current status of the FOIA request. Per FOIA regulation, I should have received a response within 20 business days. Instead, I’ve been met with silence. These were the requested records: 1. For the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, what were the total number of Medicare Advantage plans in force under contract with Medicare? 2. For the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, how many complaints does Medicare receive regarding misrepresentation claims from individuals who allege they were enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans without their consent? 3. For the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, how many Medicare Advantage providers have had their contracts with Medicare terminated as a result of complaints? *** Two days earlier, I had also reached out to the CMS Media Relations Group. I received a confirmation number for my online inquiry, and I was told to expect a reply within 24 to 48 hours. However, I was met with silence on this front as well. These were the questions I asked: 1. Do CMS guidelines require that Medicare Advantage providers must record their calls with potential plan members, or is this left to the discretion of the provider? 2. If the provider records calls, do CMS guidelines permit potential plan members to access those recordings, or is this again at the provider’s discretion? 3. If the provider does not supply a copy of a recording, how can a potential plan member demonstrate that they may have been misled during the call? 4. Do Medicare Advantage sales agents have access to an individual’s medical records, particularly regarding which doctors should receive updated information about a new plan? Or does the potential plan member have to provide this? @HHSGov @CMSGov @CMSgovPress
