'Make it crystal clear in legislation that the victim has a right to know.' Stalking victims will be given better protection and the 'right to know' the identity of their online stalker. The change has been inspired by Nicola Thorp who was stalked and harassed online for 2 years but had no idea who was responsible until the case went to court.
