I've got advice for anyone mad about this: double major. Get a degree in something practical and another that you're passionate about. It's a loophole to get a loan, but it's just sensible. Follow your bliss while having a backup plan. Bonus points if they synergize.
Trump is banning students majoring in degrees that don’t make enough money from taking out college loans. Degrees for social work, art, religious studies, teaching aides, and music will be hit the hardest. trib.al/NmmAzhf

BREAKING: Seattle’s business community is putting City Hall on notice over public safety. CEOs from Microsoft, Starbucks, Costco, Nordstrom, T-Mobile, Alaska Airlines, Zillow, the Seattle Mariners, Puget Sound Energy and others signed a letter demanding Mayor Katie Wilson and the City Council take action to address public safety They’re calling for CCTV cameras, more police patrols, a 7-minute priority 911 response standard, crackdowns on open-air drug markets, treatment or prosecution for repeat drug offenders, clearing encampments near schools and parks — and a public safety action plan within 100 days with measurable goals and monthly reports. The letter specifically calls out Wilson's abysmal 34% approval numbers

I've seen some people say that the Xbox disc-to-digital program has some kind of "time out" period cuz the text tells you to keep the disc. That is NOT the case, confirmed to me this morning. The text is intended to explain that if you lose the disc and someone else uses it, only then do you lose the license (if they activate it on their account). There's no "digital check in" time-out thing for it, despite what some people are trying to spread. windowscentral.com/gaming/xb…

WHEN YOU REALIZE THE BABY BOOM WASN'T JUST SOLDIERS COMING HOME HORNY. It was soldiers coming home to the GI Bill free college, 0% down home loans, low-interest business loans. It was strong unions. Pensions. A house that cost 2 years of salary. It was confidence that the future was actually going to be better than the present. That's what produced a baby boom. Not romance. Security. You want a higher birth rate now? Give people a future where they know their kids will actually be okay. That's the whole formula. It's not complicated. It's just expensive, and nobody in charge wants to pay for it twice.

Analysts are trying to forecast low‑volume sales for Project Helix when the product doesn’t exist in the public domain. Any projection is baseless: there’s no hardware profile, no pricing, no software lineup, no marketing strategy, and no defined audience. They don’t have BOM estimates, internal targets, or manufacturing timelines. They’re filling gaps with legacy heuristics and outdated assumptions about XBOX’s strategy. Without those fundamentals, you can’t model adoption curves, forecast elasticity, or estimate launch volume. Predicting Helix’s sales today is like estimating a film’s box office without knowing the cast, the genre, the budget, the release date, or the script.

This is the most "never going to happen" idea Bernie has ever had. It's all political theater, folks.
I will soon be introducing a bill to give the public a 50% ownership stake in the largest AI companies in America. This would guarantee that the trillions created by AI are used to improve the lives of all of us — and block oligarch decisions that harm the American people.

Game Pass Ultimate has become too expensive for too many players. Starting today, we’re dropping the price from $29.99 to $22.99/month. Future Call of Duty titles will no longer join Game Pass Ultimate on day one. They will join this tier the following holiday after launch (about a year later). Current Call of Duty titles will remain available to Ultimate subscribers. We’ll keep learning and evolving Game Pass to better match what matters to players. xbx.lv/4cWO9hR

RFK Jr. says being on a carnivore diet helped him significantly reduce visceral fat. “I had a full-body MRI a year ago and I went to this doctor who said my organs were covered with visceral fat.” “I went on his diet, which is the carnivore diet.” “He said I can get rid of all that visceral fat within 90 days.” “Thirty days later I had lost 40% of it.” “The MRI I took this week, I was down to 1 percentile of visceral fat.” “About half the cabinet is on this same diet right now.”
