This is interesting. I'm the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager at my family's dealership, which is ranked as one of the largest Volvo dealers in the country. We've been here since 1959. Oh, and I also race cars.

The 2026 racing season wasn’t what I had hoped for it to be, but the year has been challenging yet rewarding anyway. I had originally hoped to be racing in @IMSA Weathertech GTD or Michelin Pilot Cup GS, but ultimately chose @JTRMotorsports for being the best team I've ever driven for, and in the @MazdaMX5Cup for its serious competition, challenge, and importantly, the ability to promote our Mazda dealership.
I’m at a different point in my life where racing is no longer a mission to make a living from it, but is now something far more important and valuable; time I get to share and enjoy with my wife and daughters at the track.
@RoadAtlanta is a fun and challenging track, and the Petit Le Mans weekend always creates an incredible atmosphere of both teams and fans. The 2026 event was no different, but included an added bonus of having my wife and daughters there to share it with, and my oldest daughter, Claire, making the early morning trips to the track when it’s still dark! Thanks to my older daughter, Claire, for being such a great racetrack companion.
This is a more difficult series than I think most people realize, and if you’re not in it all year, a top 10 result is not easy. P20 in Race 1, and P11 in Race 2. This series has a habit of humbling you as a driver, but I enjoy the challenge at this point in my racing life.
Thanks to my wife, @blue_elle for her constant support and making sure I stay grounded at all times. Jess is the foundation of our family and makes each one of us be the best version of ourselves, and when we’re not, we are politely reminded.
I don’t know what next year’s racing will be yet, potentially MPC, maybe MX-5 Cup again, but whatever it is, I can’t wait to be on track and to share more time with family. Thanks be to God for this opportunity and for the support and love of my family.
