I bought a new 2025 Gladiator in August. It has been in the shop 3 times for an electrical issue your dealer can’t seem to fix. Collectively sat at the shop for a month. No loaner. It has recurred again. Disconnected from your customer care twice. Spectacular failure!

You shouldn't buy any Jeep anymore because fire department couldn't find my burned Jeep, and no one knows where is it. I couldn't claim my rental reimbursement either fron Jeep or my auto insurance. @Jeep is a piece of junk company now. @FTC @LemonLaw It's under warranty!

Has anyone actually been able to get in contact with someone at Jeep/Stellantis corporate? I need help! I purchased a 2024 Jeep brand new, and in April the engine started smoking. I took it to Jeep 5 times between April 20 and May 26 before they finally kept it and determined the entire engine needed to be replaced. I didn’t get my Jeep back until July 16. I was dealing directly with my case manager, Steve Stander, who told me that once I received my vehicle back, I would be reimbursed for my rental. Once I got my car back and submitted all of my documentation, Steve completely went ghost. I’ve called repeatedly, left voicemails, and sent numerous emails with little to no response. When I call Jeep customer service, they tell me the department that handles reimbursements only communicates through email, so I can’t even be transferred to or speak with anyone directly. I’ve been going in circles trying to get this resolved. Has anyone dealt with Steve Stander or had a similar issue with Jeep/Stellantis? You should consider making a warranty model for those of us who want our cars fixed properly and timely. Ive waited for over a year to get my gladiator repaired. Now they tell me jeep doesn’t want to pay to fix it properly. Magnus and Moss needs amended.
