The officer was reportedly giving Pantoja-Morales a free ride when he started going through a bag in the officer's back seat. When the officer attempted to remove Pantoja-Morales, he grabbed the officer's gun, shot him, and then fled the scene before getting caught. The officer was taken to the hospital for treatment. These are the kinds of people Democrats want to protect.
