Not only are the Dems good for such nefarious acts, their past makes such acts entirely probable. During Obama, the wall Street Journal reported that of three smaller oil refineries only one got the allowed exemption from financially devastating carbon credit requirements, and, that the winning refinery used one particular lobbying outfit. Given that the lobbying fee was $60,000 and the carbon credit requirement was $20 million, they got their money's worth. During Biden, none of several eligible smaller refineries received exemptions and had to close. Of course, Bill Clinton is infamous for allowing ICBM tech to go to CCP. Many such cases. Dems don't make anything, they sell what others have or make, like Hillary's uranium one deal.
