UNEARTHED: Michigan's Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed once called for repealing a state law that made it a felony to have sex without disclosing your HIV status to your partner.
As he ran for governor in 2018, El-Sayed ripped the law as 'hateful' and 'discriminatory,' pushing to decriminalize knowingly exposing a sexual partner to HIV or AIDS. The law at the time carried up to four years in prison.
Now El-Sayed is locked in a critical midterm battle against Republican Mike Rogers for a Senate seat Democrats must hold to have any shot at retaking the chamber. His campaign says he supports the bipartisan 2019 reform that narrowed the felony's scope — but his original position went further, calling for full repeal of HIV criminalization laws entirely.

Haberman tries to portray herself as an unbiased reporter — but comments like these expose her as more of an anti-Trump partisan.

In February of 2025 Rachel Maddow falsely reported that Trump had given Elon Musk a $400 million contract for armored Teslas.
The contract was given by the Biden Admin. Maddow's claim was completely false.
This is how she retracted/apologized for her false reporting. The next night, while her face was off screen, she quickly slipped in the fact that the contract was during the Biden Admin, and then came back on air, laughing like a hyena.
No apology. No retraction. No decency at all. Misleading people is the point of MS NOW.

This was a long overdue clash.
CNBC’s Joe Kernen CALLS OUT grifting Democrat Congressman Ro Khanna over his constant flip-flopping as he tries to appease the socialist wing of his own party.
Kernen even told Khanna he would no longer be his wingman if he planned to run in 2028.
Good.
No one else has held Khanna’s feet to the flames over this, but Kernen did an incredible job here.
He kept hammering him over and over.
These were some of the best lines Kernen dropped:
