Good morning homies... "And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, Abba, Father! Therefore, you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ." Galatians 4:6-7 You are sons and daughters of the Father through Christ Jesus. And therefore you have authority and power! This is why I will not accept excuses from myself. This is why no one can blame anyone or anything for whatever life we are living. Because the life you were destined to live is yours to create in and through Jesus Christ. Do you not know the Power that raised Jesus from the dead is the same Power that resides in you! If you do, are you living the life you want? Because if you are not, you must ask yourself why. It very well may be you are pursuing a life contrary to the one God wants for you. The one He preordained for you. It is hard to kick against the goads is it not? I know this all too well! For I know with certainty it is painful and full of sorrows, self made struggles and pain. It wasn't until I surrendered my will and sought His will for my life did things change. God put inside me a warrior's spirit. The spirit of a mustang. One that cannot and will not be bridled. I fear no man. Then one day Pastor Ian pulled me aside and said, "why don't you use that warriors spirit for God?" I was cut to the heart. I cannot begin to tell you how that changed my life. However, the road was long. And it was hard. Some of which you would likely not believe. God in His mercy did not give up on me. He walked with me. At the time I didn't know this. I didn't understand the depth of His love. Because no matter how bad or vile or horrible were the things I said or did, that He NEVER stopped loving me. He walked with me, forgave me and carried me through all of it to prove to me that His Word is true. To prove His love is greater than anything in this world. I owe Him my life! And I want my life to be a living testimony that Jesus Christ is King. That God in His gentle mercy, His loving kindness and unfathomable love will give to you the life you want to live. The life you were predestined to live. It is yours to create. He has given you the gift of freewill. You get to live however you want to live. But I know this, if you will but submit your will to His, seek His will for you, tell Him the desires of your heart and ask Him to lead you, He will do it. So the question is this. Are you willing to do what is necessary to live that life? Are you willing to sacrifice in the now to create a better future? Will you humble yourself in the sight of the Lord and let Him lift you up? Because if you are, and you do it, you're about to embark on the journey that was meant ONLY for you. Imagine fulfilling the things God wanted you to do! Imagine the pride the Father will have! He told satan, "have you considered my servant Job?" God knows you by name. The Bible says He knew us before He knit us together in our mother's womb. Have you ever seen what it takes to knit a masterpiece? Do you not think the weaver knows every single stich? You are God's masterpiece! Created for good works to bless the world with God's love. Created to plant the seeds of faith in those who would believe. To do the will of the Father through Christ Jesus. And to enjoy the blessings that come along with living for Him. Yes there will still be pain. Yes there will be difficult times. Yes things will not always go your way. Until Jesus returns, that is part of life on earth. But what awaits us far supersedes anything we experience here in this life. Do not waste another day not moving toward your full potential. Do not waste another day living without direction. Today is the day you can turn your life around. Today is the day you chart a new course. It is one decision away. What will you choose? Live well my friends. 👊🦏
