Lots of my friends will vote for Byron Donalds to “save Florida.” Lots will vote for David Jolly to “save Florida” or just to stick it to the Republican Party. Others won’t vote at all, precisely to stick it to one party or the other. In New York same thing. And in the national election, they’ll scatter all over again.
I genuinely don’t care.
I don’t need my friends to vote like me to reassure me that I’m right. Politics is something adults disagree about, not a loyalty oath administered every November.
If you disagree with this maybe it’s time you took a good long look at yourself in the mirror

You canceled your own party debate, wrote the rules around one man, and let his campaign say it wasn’t his job to platform Collins, Renner, or Fishback. DeSantis called it a farce. You kept going anyway.
