The lesson from Covid should have been to stop creating dangerous viruses before one of these experiments ends civilization. Instead, the cover up taught the people playing with these pathogens exactly the opposite lesson. Keep going because nobody will ever be held accountable. The media will run interference, the bureaucracy will close ranks, and most of the public will either never understand what happened or stop caring soon enough. So, of course, the labs have proliferated and the madness continues.
"In the six years since the Covid-19 outbreak, the world has been building even more bioresearch facilities...[M]eanwhile oversight of the science and the security measures at those facilities is struggling to keep up." vox.com/health/505366/russia…

Every fucking time Washington swears the Jack Smith story cannot possibly get uglier, another box of records hits the table and makes the last revelation look tame. Jim Jordan nailed it: “The only thing we get wrong is that it’s always worse than we thought.” Congressmen? Check. Phone records from 17 Republican lawmakers. Text messages from as many as 44 members of Congress. Journalists? Check. Communications tied to 17 news organizations and nearly 50 reporters. Lawyers? Check. Susie Wiles’ records connected investigators to at least 21 Trump-affiliated attorneys. Donors? Check. Nearly 5,000 Trump-donor checks reportedly sought. Campaign officials? Check. Future White House chief of staff? Hell yes. Apparently everybody gets a turn in Jack Smith’s federal peeping-tom operation. At this point, Arctic Frost looks like some deranged bureaucratic scavenger hunt where the prize for collecting enough Republicans is another subpoena and a pat on the ass from the permanent government. And because this shitshow still wasn’t insane enough, Smith’s prosecutors met John Brennan at CIA headquarters while the classified-documents case was underway. Then Smith stood there and insisted politics had nothing to do with his decisions. That line should be mounted in the Smithsonian under “Historic American Bullshit.” Lawmakers. Reporters. Lawyers. Donors. Campaign staff. Trump’s future chief of staff. CIA meetings. The whole damn conservative ecosystem got dragged into the blast radius while the people running the operation kept pretending this was routine law enforcement. Jordan was right. Every new disclosure humiliates the last excuse. At this point, the only unanswered question is brutally simple: Who the fuck did Jack Smith forget to monitor? (article below)

“We keep thinking we can win if we have really good arguments. You can win sometimes. They let you win little things along the way. But look at what happens to people like Jeff Clark. He has suffered like hell. John Eastman should not have spent years thinking about this. He’s actually smart. He should be teaching people and doing other things. These cases take our people off the battlefield.”
Last week, Ed Martin gave an impassioned talk on the reality of lawfare and what is actually at stake. He has very kindly turned those remarks into an op-ed for Counterlawfare. It is powerful, unsparing, and true. Read every word. counterlawfare.org/research/…

No. 6 is why we are here.
The political path of the Cornell rape allegation: 1) Initial police/DA investigation finds woman's participation was "voluntary, conscious, and consensual." No criminal charges filed. 2) Cornell University Office of Civil Rights investigation reaches finding consistent with police/DA, but concludes fraternity members violated school policies. Expels two frat members, suspends two others, bars one from campus, and shuts down fraternity permanently. 3) Seemingly settled, case fades. 4) Woman changes story, files much-publicized lawsuit blaming incident on fraternity, members, Cornell University, local bar, and her own sorority. 5) Case explodes politically. Local DA re-opens criminal investigation. NY governor appoints AG Letitia James, famous for pursuing President Trump, as special prosecutor. 6) Media narrative emerges blaming Trump for alleged "glorification of being thuggish and swaggering and mistreating women is kind of making you a cool kid." washingtonexaminer.com/daily…

Brian Cole Jr Trial: Coerced-Internalized False Confession. AKA Gaslighting. Coerced-internalized false confessions occur when innocent people, subjected to misleading claims about the evidence, become confused, question their own innocence, infer their own guilt, and sometimes confabulate false memories to support that inference. Cole: There's even a chance I'm innocent, I shouldn’t -- there's even a chance I'm innocent. There has to be, there has to be a, there has to be a chance that I'm innocent -- being accused of this -- being told, being told I did this. (pg60) storage.courtlistener.com/re… pg 40

Brian Cole Jr: Scholarly sources on the potential affects of autism under police interrogation. 1. An expression of fear, frustration, and confusion that frequently appears like a child’s tantrum that has ‘escalated’ out of control. 2. An impaired ability to consciously recollect events with a tendency to guide their memory based on feelings of familiarity. 3. A predisposition towards complying with the interviewer in order to please them. 4. May exhibit greater levels of compliance which may mean that they are at greater risk of complying with interrogative pressures. 5. If Fauci and the head of CDC were privately agreeing early on that the fever from Covid vaccine, esp high fever after second dose, could be a miscarriage risk in first trimester...would you like to have known this? They worked for us. We paid them. They had this information. It belonged to us. They likely shared it with loved ones and friends. But they didn't tell you. Quite the opposite. They told you there was no reason for caution if you were pregnant.

Clarence Thomas just exposed Boulder's plaintiff prosecuting its Suncor Energy case. (Boulder wants to sue energy companies for their ostensible impact on the climate.) Thomas got Boulder's attorney to admit that if he prevails, they could just as easily sue local gas stations. Justice Thomas: "If you prevail, is there a limiting principle to whom you can suit?" Kevin Russell: "There are a number. There are constitutional limitations ... The question here is not whether anything in the Constitution prohibits this lawsuit but whether specific theories they raised in the Colorado Supreme Court past are valid." Thomas: "So you could just as easily sue large retailers of these products?" Kevin Russell: "Nothing in the Constitution prevents that." Thomas: "But nothing in our theory prevents that?" Russell: "Nothing in our theory prevents that. In terms of when lots of people act together to cause widespread harm, there can be multiple defendants liable."

🚨NEW REPORT🚨 The DOJ has released a new report finding that Biden Regime officials at the DOJ looked for ways to prosecute parents and protesters who spoke to school boards and school officials during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Working Group’s report says the October 4, 2021 memo was driven by a September 29, 2021 letter from the National School Boards Association to President Joe Biden. In that letter, the association asked the federal government to treat “these heinous actions” as potentially equivalent to domestic terrorism and hate crimes. The Working Group confirms what many Americans already believed, parents who lawfully exercised those rights and their parental rights were often targeted by members of the education establishment. Among the most serious findings, exhibits show that people in the Biden White House and advisers to Attorney General Garland wanted federal law enforcement and prosecutors involved in disputes between parents and school boards. The memo also created a task force to identify federal enforcement options for investigating and prosecuting parents, and the FBI opened 25 “Guardian assessments” of parents. One FBI whistleblower said a mother was investigated because she was a gun owner and belonged to a “right-wing mom’s group.” Many at the DOJ and FBI raised concerns about all of this. Calling it: •“Stupid, stupid, stupid” •“they might as well rename the damn thing the Anti-MAGA Task Force” •“ridiculous,”  •“challenging from a First Amendment perspective” •“potentially dangerous ground” •“horrible” •“confusing” •“look[s] political”     •“a partisan exercise aimed at those who do not support the Administration” •Would “tarnish reputation as an apolitical law enforcer”   •“very messy and political” •“nothing remotely federal” Even after internal pushback, emails show Attorney General Garland issued the Memo, influenced by White House officials.

I am old enough to remember that Judge Cannon ordered a Special Master in the FL Documents case and the appeals Court (11th Circuit) reversed her. She believed that the DOJ and Jack Smith was not being honest with the court about the documents and other issues in their filings. Turns out she was right after all.

First confirmation that Dominion employees were double-scanning in ballots, for the sole purpose of making sure the number of ballots match the totals expected. This is just the first official explanation of the 9 counties that did this. BallotAssure.com
🚨 BREAKING: DOMINION TECHNICIAN IDENTIFIED AS PERSON WHO SCANNED WARE COUNTY BALLOTS DAYS AFTER 2020 ELECTION 🚨 A Dominion voting technician has been identified as the person who scanned ballots in Ware County, Georgia, eight days after the 2020 election, according to election investigator Jeff Fulgham. Fulgham, who sued the county seeking an explanation for what he says were double-scanned ballots, announced that he was given the information by Ware County’s Board of Elections chairman and election supervisor following the closure of his lawsuit. @TalkMullins says the revelation raises another major question surrounding Dominion technicians and the 2020 election: “Why are you scanning in ballots?” “This new revelation in Ware County highlights the importance of hand-marked paper ballots, because it’s the only way that this anomaly was discovered in the first place.”

DECLASSIFIED RECORDS: Brennan/Jack Smith Connection Meeting CIA HQ:  FBI notes are blank - November 2023 Former CIA Director John Brennan meets with special counsel staff, FBI agents "..purpose of the meeting was to discuss expert testimony to National Defense Information in the forthcoming trial..." Was Brennan being prepped as potential "expert witness" in Trump classified documents case? Former Senior FBI Agents: "Looks like an intel OP not a law enforcement probe...made the FBI notes disappear” At Least Three Potential Scenarios: - FBI agents took no notes,  violating long standing Bureau procedures - FBI agents took notes which were intentionally withheld so 'Brennan conversation' was not discoverable for President Trump's lawyers - FBI agents' original notes were "electronically buried" in a restricted file NOTE:  The FBI EC or Electronic Communication documents the 2023 Brennan meeting at CIA HQ “The original agent notes will be maintained in the attached 1A.” MISSING LINK: There should be a summary of the meeting/discussion known as an FBI 302 Brennan has consistently defended his actions in court and in front of Congress. So Hack Smith got a pen register on Susie Wiles. This, according to records released today by @jsolomonReports, enabled Smith to track calls between Wiles and anyone including the president’s lawyers in real time rather than a backwards look in time. I’m guessing this refers to conversations with Todd Blanche, who represented the president at the time in both the Alvin Bragg indictment and docs indictment in FLA. Bragg announced the indictment against the president the following week.

+1 This paragraph in particular from John Solomon’s article caught my eye. Do you need any more evidence that Jack Smith and his team of dirty FBI agents acted as if being a Republican is a crime? And that Republicans using social media is a crime too? O’Brien is Robert O’Brien former Trump Admin national security official.
This should never have happened. The revelations about out of control Jack Smith just keep coming. We have lawyer-client confidentiality in the United States. But apparently Jack Smith doesn’t think so. (I think I’m going to perpetually use this as my Jack Smith photo as it tells the story of his political bias without extra words.)
