I transferred USDT from Binance to KuCoin. Binance says KuCoin must return it first, but KuCoin received the funds and still won’t support the network. Worst experience with KuCoin.

@kucoincom This is completely unacceptable.
You’ve frozen my cousin’s $61,000 withdrawal and are now asking him to prove where deposits came from going back almost 5 years. He has already submitted the documents and explanations you requested, yet his withdrawal is still blocked. His UID number 43637651
He has been a KuCoin customer for around 5 years and now, when he actually needs to withdraw his own money for an emergency, you’re making access to his funds extremely difficult.
Enough with the unnecessary delays. Review the documents, escalate the case, and release his funds immediately.
If this is not resolved urgently, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter publicly in our telegram group with over 15k members and through the appropriate complaint and regulatory channels.
@kucoinsupport please resolve this ASAP.
