This occurred in front of our tram today, which was shut down, and then cleared after paramedics & police had attended.
So sad. All us passengers were & no doubt still are sending prayers & good wishes to the man & his family, hoping for a full successful recovery 🙏
West Maitland Street, has re-opened following a crash reported around 1.45pm on Saturday, 14 December.
The crash involved a bus and a male pedestrian and the 34-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Hospital for treatment.
Enquiries are ongoing.
