Kejadian hack yang menimpa Bitget hari ini punya indikasi awal mengarah ke Lazarus, kelompok hacker Korut yang sudah punya “reputasi” di dunia crypto.
Bybit sendiri punya pengalaman dengan ini 😅 dan sekarang LazarusBounty.com sudah di-update untuk bantu tracking address yang terkait dana hacker Bitget.
Semoga dengan gerakan cepat ini, makin banyak exchange, investigator, chain hingga projects yang ikut membantu, jadi makin besar dana user yang bisa direcover.

Here is what we can confirm at this stage:
On the attack:
Our security team has made initial progress in tracing the source. The attacker compromised a critical backend system within our wallet infrastructure, used it to spoof transaction data, and triggered our authorization process to move funds out. Private key compromise has been ruled out — this excludes the more severe risk scenarios. Loss containment is confirmed. No further unauthorized transfers are possible. The specific method of system intrusion remains under active investigation. A full technical report will follow once confirmed.
On withdrawal restoration:
Multiple technical teams are working in parallel on system remediation and security hardening. Withdrawal restoration is being prepared in parallel. We will announce a timeline as soon as one is confirmed — we will not commit to a window we cannot guarantee.

Jev baru viral 2 hari dan sudah chaos in a good way. Nggak akan kaget kalau beberapa hari lagi dibeli OpenAI / Anthropic / Google… atau mereka bikin Jev-clone sendiri lalu masukin ke pilihan model mereka.
Jev menarik bukan karena lebih pintar dari frontier model. justru Jev itu “bodoh” 😅 tapi sangat specialized. untuk keputusan sederhana dalam parameter yang sudah ditentukan, dia bisa jalan ratusan kali lebih cepat dan jauh lebih murah.
Kalau LLM seperti ChatGPT / Claude adalah CPU, Jev lebih mirip GPU. CPU serba bisa. GPU lebih specialized, tapi kalau ketemu workload yang cocok, misalnya perhitungan 3D vector yang repetitive, cuepet banget. suddenly things that were too slow / expensive become practical.
Pairing-nya jadi menarik: LLM buat planning, reasoning, writing. Jev buat ratusan keputusan kecil di belakangnya: classify, score, pilih next action, gate tool call, dll.
Ini bagus juga buat economics AI. Kalau sebagian workload bisa dipindah dari frontier model ke layer kayak Jev, mungkin paket $20 / $100 / $200 akhirnya bisa masuk akal secara unit economics hahaha.
Baru 2 hari orang sudah bikin macam macam. pretty sure sekarang ada yang lagi coba pakai Jev buat HFT / orderbook analysis juga. smart decision making can be done much, much faster.

Setelah kabar sang OG perps, BitMEX, tutup (reduce/close only mulai 26 Agustus, shutdown 23 September), hari ini menyusul BitMart yang memutuskan wind down (stop trading 26 Agustus, shutdown 31 Januari 2027). Jangan tunggu lama lama kalau masih ada balance di 2 CEX tersebut, pindahin mumpung masih mudah.
Pasar bergerak sangat cepat. kompetisi makin sengit, regulasi semakin maju, dan pengguna makin dimanjakan.

per sekitar jam 15.00 WIB tadi, Suahasil Nazara resmi jadi Menteri Keuangan. IHSG yang sempat jatuh ke 6.377 langsung bounce ke 6.500-an. market at least sementara terlihat lega.
buat Bitcoin global? probably irrelevant.
buat investor Indonesia? very relevant. kalau rupiah makin lemah sementara BTC naik, harga Bitcoin dalam rupiah dapat double booster. kalau rupiah rebound, efeknya kebalik.
yang lebih menarik buat crypto lokal nanti justru policy direction-nya: stablecoin, perpajakan aset digital, tokenisasi, ide Bitcoin buat treasury negara hingga instrumen derivatif dari aset keuangan digital
so gimana, Indonesia Emas 2045 masih bisa comeback? apakah kita bisa lebih berharap... 😁

What I love about Indonesia is its love for its neighbours: silaturahmi.
They greet you in the morning, share goodies w neighbours.
Very different from Singapore’s cold and “you touch me, I push you back” culture.
Fires are smoldering in Indonesia, which is in a severe and widespread drought. Some of these are tropical peatland fires, which burn slowly, release higher amounts of air pollution, and are notoriously difficult to extinguish.

contrary to what some people think, Indonesians in general care quite deeply about personal hygiene.
the video is SCBD Jakarta, basically Indonesia’s top business district, so obviously it’s not representative of the whole country.
but culturally, being “clean” is a thing here. shower at least twice a day, outside clothes vs house clothes, shoes off inside, water bidet to clean our bumbum (tmi?) 😅
obviously not everyone does all of these. but the baseline expectation for personal hygiene here is probably higher than many outsiders assume.
