Luxembourg’s priorities are clear: ▫️Securing a strong and future-oriented EU budget. ▫️Making Europe a true hub for innovation, AI and satellites. ▫️Completing the EU’s Internal Market. ▫️Advancing the Savings and Investment Union.

Luxembourg stands in full solidarity with its neighbor, EU partner and NATO ally Germany. The Leipzig incident is another example of Russia’s hybrid warfare against Europe and the values it stands for. It seeks to erode Europe’s unity, undermine our resolve and weaken our support for Ukraine. But Russia is mistaken. It will strengthen our unity, toughen our resolve, and reinforce our support for Ukraine.

Now, more than ever, is the time to strengthen our bilateral ties and deliver on our joint European priorities, such as space, the competitiveness agenda and deepening the Single Market. Austria and Luxembourg share a long friendship, one that is also reflected in the many Luxembourgers who have chosen Austria as their home away from home.

Solidarité avec nos amis et voisins français. Dans le cadre du mécanisme européen de protection civile, le Luxembourg apporte son soutien à la France en déployant un avion de Aquarius Aerial Firefighting, filiale de Cargolux spécialisée dans la lutte aérienne contre les incendies de forêt. L'appareil est mobilisé en Gironde afin de renforcer les moyens engagés sur le terrain face aux feux de forêt. Cette intervention témoigne de la solidarité européenne.
