Deputy Leader of the Libertarian Party of Canada 🗽🇨🇦 Libertarian Candidate of Record: Battle River-Crowfoot Liberty, Family, Independence

Alberta
Jimmy, from Carbon, spent 10 months in jail, not for committing a crime, but for defending his family from a robber breaking into his home. The criminal walked free. Jim paid the price. When the government fails to protect us, we must have the right to protect ourselves. Canada needs a Castle Doctrine the right to defend your home without fear of prosecution. It’s time to put law-abiding citizens first and criminals last. Retrieved from the Battle River-Crowfoot Drumheller Debate - 2025-08-05

Alberta does not need permission to have a serious conversation about its future, same as Quebec. Ask difficult questions. Challenge both sides. Read the arguments. Then make up your own mind. That is what democracy is supposed to look like.

Asking a question is not treason. Silencing the debate isn’t democracy. Albertans have the right to advocate for independence. The Supreme Court already treated secession as a lawful democratic question. @echipiuk’s full speech at We Unify 2026

Honestly, what exactly is the point of Pierre Poilievre? He said to me that he’s a Libertarian, but still supports expanding major government spending programs. He says he believes in free markets, but continues defending supply management, a government protected system that shields Canadian dairy from competition while consumers pay more. He says he believes in limited government, but where is the serious push to actually get Ottawa out of our lives? And when it comes to controversial issues, there seems to be a lot more running away from the fight than standing on principle. So what exactly are we getting here? Free market? Nope. Libertarian? Certainly not. Limited government? Where? Does he lift? At least he has that going for him. 💪

No city workers will ever work more than they have to. They were not "confused" they were told. The non-independence sign was right next to it and wasn't touched. Recall @JeromyYYC he hates democracy. Very European of you @JeromyYYC

This is actually quite a sad case. Obviously it's still another one that bites the dust, but with Scott's departure puts an end to the moderate side of the party, and he was the glue that held it together. We are actively witnessing the end of the Conservative Party of Canada.

Canadians need Tax Relief. Permanent, significant, Tax Relief. The Libertarian Party has been the only party willing to promise this tax relief and the cuts of billions of wasteful government spending we need to stop growing debt and inflation. Stop accepting half-measures. Vote Different. Vote Libertarian. #taxes #votedifferent #libertarian

This is the most disingenuous thing I've seen from socialists as of late. Eby calls an election in the middle of a leadership change and then switches around and saying, oh I guess they don't have a leader. I don't even like the conservatives, but I hope they wipe the floor with them.
Who would be premier if the Conservatives win? Nobody knows. The people who'll decide are the ones who gave you Kerry-Lynne Findlay.

An example of an exemplary candidate that's running with the Libertarian Party of British Columbia. I wish Jeff Monds the best of luck in his campaign.

I see palliative patients all the time in my healthcare practice. Suffering can usually be remediated with opiates and proper care. Unfortunately our system has scarcity baked in by force and so proper care isn’t often available. This leaves palliative patients with 2 options; suffer or die. Offering a lethal injection to someone you’re torturing isn’t compassion.
