On a long car ride earlier, thought I’d finally play Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. Can’t launch the game without an Ubisoft account. That shit is so lame. Try for High on Life 2, it’s “deck verified”. 20 minutes to load shaders, runs at single digit FPS. I struck out tonight!

An honorable mention goes to Emogame, which felt like the first real "indie" game I can remember playing, but even back then the humor felt like it was crossing a line for me and I can't really recommend it to anyone without an enormous disclaimer

Hairspray is a classic, it gets better every time I watch it. Splendor and Rabbit were disappointing for me, both felt like they fell a bit short in different ways. Black Samson was thoroughly gritty and entertaining. The guy has a pet lion who lives in his topless bar!

Local sandwich shop had the mini Marvel vs Capcom 2 out today. What a game! I remember when it came out, I thought I was pretty good at the time, I could get pretty far on one credit. In reality, I was just button mashing and the difficulty was probably set very low.
