The by-election in my home constituency tomorrow is going to be close. Anyone considering voting Lib Dem or WP should seriously reconsider. Your votes could prevent the Starmerite Labour candidate, whose record on everything from housing to Gaza, is appalling, from being elected. #VoteGreen #VoteZack

They came back from Vietnam and made movies about it. Apocalypse Now. Full Metal Jacket. Platoon. The Deer Hunter. Born on the Fourth of July. Beautiful films. Serious films. Films about the trauma of American soldiers, the moral complexity of American soldiers, the broken psyches of American soldiers. How many major American films center the experience of the Vietnamese? How many Hollywood productions have you seen where the Vietnamese are the protagonists, the full human beings with names and families and inner lives, and the Americans are the faceless army descending from the sky? Think about that structure. Think about what it means when a country kills three million of your people, loses the war, goes home, and then spends the next fifty years producing prestige cinema about how hard the killing was for the killers. Vietnamese suffering as backdrop. American suffering as subject. Vietnamese bodies as set dressing. American guilt as narrative arc. They could not conquer Vietnam militarily. But they tried to conquer the story. They tried to make the war, in global cultural memory, fundamentally about them. Their boys. Their trauma. Their national reckoning. We are not your reckoning. We are not your backdrop. We won. We exist. We have our own story, and in our story, we are the ones who were here before you came and here after you left.

You did not need to imagine what genocide looked like. You saw it from ten different angles. The same building before and after. The same child alive and then wrapped in white. The same neighborhood turned into a crater. You saw the evidence. You saw the intent. You saw the result. There is only one thing you did not see. Yourself.

Yesterday, I found out the Labour Party was smearing me to The Times. They insinuated that I was sexist and unfairly ascribing views to Sagal Abdi-Wali, Labour’s candidate for Holborn & St Pancras, because I have published factually accurate, hard-hitting investigations into her political record and associations. This is the second time the Labour Party has smeared me because of my factually accurate reporting exposing and scrutinising Labour Party politicians and officials. It is obvious to me why they’re doing it – because they’re scared that voters in Holborn & St Pancras will find out the truth about Sagal Abdi-Wali and vote accordingly. And they’re right to be scared. There is overwhelming evidence that there are serious questions to be asked about Sagal’s history, her funding, her political record, her political affiliations, her own conduct during this campaign, and her campaign’s repeated attempts to smear both journalists and local Muslim community groups. It seems to me that the only correct response is to set out everything we know about Sagal’s political history and record, which I do in a mega-thread below. The Labour Party would rather you not know this – so please share this widely everywhere you can, and particularly with voters in Holborn & St Pancras. They need to know who they are voting for. One last thing: I have repeatedly put right of replies and questions to Sagal’s campaign. They have never – not once – responded to a right of reply I have sent prior to publication. They have never raised issues with factual accuracy or balance. And this is a pattern – multiple journalists have now raised concerns that Sagal and her campaign have been dodging proper scrutiny. Considering how she has failed to respond to Camden residents experiencing serious housing problems, and those requesting expressions of solidarity with the people of Palestine, that’s perhaps not surprising.

She did the full time equivalent of about 13 weeks ‘work’ last year. More than most royals, but hardly ‘never stops’. As for drama, this is someone who believes in royal blood and will be rude and obnoxious to anyone she thinks doesn’t doff their cap enough.
👑 THE ROYAL WHO NEVER STOPS… Princess Anne has long been regarded as one of the hardest working members of the Royal Family. No fuss. No drama. Just decades of duty, hundreds of engagements and an extraordinary commitment to public service. At 76, The Princess Royal continues to prove that royal service isn’t about headlines, it’s about showing up. 🇬🇧 Do you think Princess Anne deserves more recognition? #princessanne #queen #princess #royal

This article is plain wrong. Just literally repeats made up statistics. I'll be writing to the readers editor shortly, @guardian. This article says: "A study from the Institute for Jewish Policy Research (JPR) titled “October 8 Jews: The Impact of October 7 on British Jewish Identity”, by Dr David Graham, found the percentage of British Jews who identified as Zionist rose seven points to 66%, between 2022 and 2025." This graph below are the actual figures. What it *actually* shows is the number of British Jews identifying as Zionist increased 1% between 2022 and 2025 to reach 64%; not 6% to reach 66%. But the number of anti-Zionists increased by 4%. The data is literally the opposite of what the Guardian says. It shows significantly MORE Jewish people in the UK have become anti-Zionist than became Zionist between 2022 and 2025. If you read the report the picture is complex and nuanced. It found that there used to be a high level of ambivalence about Israel (non-Zionist and don't knows). Israel's response on Gaza has forced more British Jews off the fence, mostly towards becoming anti-Zionist. This is what the report says about the data, which is the opposite of what the Guardian said: "Indeed, it is noteworthy that the only category that shows a clear direction of travel over the three years shown is ‘anti-Zionist’, rising from 8% in 2022 to 12% in 2025. Whilst it is important to understand that both these proportions and changes over time are small, might we be seeing the beginning of a trend in the British Jewish population? Strikingly, we can see in the 2025 data that young people are much more likely to identify as anti-Zionists than their elders – indeed, almost a quarter of those aged in their 20s do so, more than three times as many as those in their 50s and 60s (Figure 17)." Really just shocking reporting. There was a serious collapse in journalistic standards in the Corbyn years, including at the Guardian. This has the same whiff.

How predictable. Novara Media now circling the wagons around @comrade_kumar_ because he has done a stellar job of explaining the history and rationale behind the Greens' Zionism Is Racism motion. They can't believe that politics has moved beyond their lukewarm liberalism and anarcho-posturing into the serious realms of de-Zionisation in the age of Jewish genocide. And they are leading the Zionist charge against Comrade Kumar. Sarkar with this and Bastani's "if I were a jew, I'd be a Zionist" is their first salvo. A word of warning to the Novara neophytes: sit this one, scouts. It won't end well for you.
In this clip, 'Communist' and BBC hack @AyoCaesar attacks Ashok after a boring rant about how 'unstrategic' it is to delegitimise Zionism. Then pivots to a friend rather than a counterview. Ashok, unlike these grifters, has principled socialist politics and doesn't fold on MSM.

When I was at university we had to write an essay about Starbucks and their tax avoidance. This was in 2012. Essentially they pay a ‘Royalty and Licence fee’ to a non UK company each year. This strips out their profits and enables them to avoid almost all corporation tax. I thought I would check whether things have changed since I wrote the essay back in 2012. This is the Corporation Tax paid each financial year: 2021: £5.4m 2022: £4.5m 2023: £7.2m 2024: £0m 2025 -£13.7m Total: £3.4m Royalty and License Fees: 2021: £26.5m 2022: £34.4m 2023: £40.4m 2024: £40.4m 2025: £43.2m Total: £184.9m Assuming a 25% corporation tax rate would be £46.22m in taxes brought in. If these loopholes were closed off, maybe our personal taxes would be reasonable.

The efforts to sustain this aborted false flag get more and more desperate. The transit vans had no bombs, no guns - and no fucking drones either.
Scoop: I have heard from a source familiar with the RAF Fairford story that the US feared a drone a attack similar to Ukraine’s Operation Spiderweb last year which destroyed 10 Russian aircraft. They fear Iran might copy the tactics and that drones might even already be in UK, hence abrupt departure of B1s.
