An official (Adam Garcia, UNLV PD, Southern Command) just said to reporters on TV that only NSHE instructions in *SOUTHERN* NV are closed. Please clarify as soon as you can (I completely understand this isn't a top priority). Stay safe.

Please clarify -- can we get confirmation that all NSHE institutions are closed? UNR and NSHE haven't announced this via the usual channels, it seems. Adam Garcia (on the news) just stated all NSHE in ••southern•• NV are closed.

An excellent example of why you **ALWAYS** read the function documentation when coding in R (and other languages). Know how your tools work.
If that 1st argument is an integer > 1, the behavior is different from what sample() does otherwise.
So yes, it's a feature, not a bug.
R users, watch out for this somewhat infuriating behaviour of the sample() function.

Q: For proffs who work with discrete time dynamical systems (maps): do you teach students Jury stability criteria? If "yes", what resources cover it best? Is there one that has the criteria worked out for 2D, 3D etc systems as one can do with Routh-Hurwitz (too messy?)? Thanks!
