BUILDING KATSINA BEYOND 2027: FROM DEVELOPMENT FINANCE TO PRIVATE CAPITAL At the ASIS Global Action Forum on the sidelines of UNGA 81, Governor Dikko Umaru Radda outlined Katsina’s strategy to move beyond development finance by attracting greater private-sector investment into public projects. With over $500 million in World Bank, AfDB and IsDB-supported financing, the Governor stressed the need for credible PPP frameworks, de-risking, transparent procurement and reliable counterpart funding to unlock private capital. For Katsina, key opportunities span agriculture, storage, processing, logistics, mechanisation and off-take. The message is clear: move from financing conversations to investment-ready projects that deliver measurable development. #BuildingKatsinaBeyond2027 #UNGA81 #InvestInKatsina
