Delhi | A case of assaulting an MCD employee had already been registered against Saheb Singh, whom Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma slapped earlier today. The assault was captured on CCTV at the time. A copy of the FIR for that case. Saheb Singh had previously been arrested in this matter and is currently out on bail. Saheb Singh manages AAP MLA Jarnail Singh's social media account.
