No. The policy in the video is the March 2025 Police Anti-Racism Commitment from NPCC and College of Policing. It explicitly rejects "colour blind" policing and "treating everyone the same." Instead it calls for different responses to ethnic groups based on their "racialised" experiences to achieve equal outcomes.
It does not train officers to be racist. It promotes race-conscious equity over impartial, individual justice. This has triggered legitimate criticism of two-tier policing and is now under review by police chiefs.
Law enforcement must treat every person equally under the law, regardless of ethnicity.
