A FEDERAL JUDGE JUST ORDERED TRUMP TO TEMPORARILY LET CNN, POLITICO, AND MS NOW BACK INTO THE WHITE HOUSE.
Fourteen days. That is the restraining order after Fake News sued because privileged access got yanked. Access to the White House is not a constitutional entitlement for cable networks that burn national security and then cry censorship. Due process is one thing. A judge handing CNN a hall pass is another.
Trump set the standard. The press can still yell on air. They do not own the briefing room. Watch how fast they treat this temporary order like a permanent victory lap. Privileges are earned. These outlets keep proving they never learned that lesson.

Another activist judge just told the President of the United States who is allowed in the White House. Early Thursday, U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly ordered Trump to immediately restore hard passes for CNN, MS NOW, and Politico after the White House pulled them last week. The judge isn’t judging a case. He’s now running the briefing room. Ridiculous ruling.
The White House is not a public park. Access is a privilege. Presidents have limited it before. Judge Kelly, a disappointing Trump appointee from 2017, decided due process means CNN gets to keep promoting its lies at the White House. That’s how courts keep inserting themselves into the building they don’t run.
Trump banned the three outlets on Sept. 18 and said they report fiction. The White House later argued national security. Judge Kelly said the record doesn’t back that up and that Trump himself cited “lack of truthfulness and negativity.” Then he handed the credentials back for 14 days. A temporary restraining order is now the guest list.
If a reporter blows a story or blatantly fabricates it, the remedy used to be a correction or a smaller audience. Now the remedy is a midnight order from a district judge. Voters elected Trump. They didn’t elect Timothy Kelly to decide which networks stand in the East Room.
Shame on this ruling. The press can cover the White House from outside the fence. They don’t own the building, and they have no right to be in it if they’re not welcome.

Why the hell shouldn’t I be able to watch an entire Trump speech or announcement without someone else deciding which 15 seconds I need to see?
