Good morning @Moddadotorg , you’ve filled my heart with joy this Thursday morning—and my liver, too, thanks to the recognition of my work. As a researcher, that means a lot to me... Let’s keep going! ✊🏾🖤🏴🌹

"Here, Take These" by @_KamauKamau is built around someone holding something out & the image itself pulling apart as they do it. Every pixel dragged & sorted into streaks. A gift & a breakdown in the same frame. We collected it because it uses code to show what giving can cost
I have just collected ""Here, Take These"" by @_kamaukamau on @objktcom objkt.com/tokens/KT1Vcae1TsL…

"Esperar" is about the people who suffer with what they never deserved while the world takes its time catching up. We collected it because patience under pressure is its own kind of power and @Artedeft turns waiting into a promise.

"Ethnic Sisters" by @princeidiage_ is a portrait of sisterhood at rest. The soft tones, lace, and 2 women held together by something deeper than the moment. There's no struggle here, just shared grace. We collected it because Black joy and tenderness deserve to be archived.

"Andorist" by @MarcosPalhano16 a photo about carrying what you believe in. The andorista bears the saint through the streets, proving that aith isn't something you watch but something you hold up. We collected it because devotion is labor, and Marcos gives that labor dignity.

"psalm 30" by @LindaDouniaR asks who AI thinks God is. Most models get the same answer: white, male, Western. She calls that what it is: a theology hiding in the training data. We collected it b/c whose gods get coded into the future is the most critical question in art rn.

"Hood Politics" by @Seriously_onx drops the hood onto the ranch and lets the tension do the rest. "Peaceful, suspicious, extremely Californian" is funny until you sit with it. We collected because it asks "Who gets to hang on the land & who gets watched while they're there?"

"Against All Odds" by @tatchero is a photo of hands shot in the creeks of Port Harcourt in 2019. Hands that have worked, held on, and kept building anyway. We collected it because it' depicts survival that refuses to look like defeat. The struggle is there and so is the rise.

"Bond" by @davidokhn is about the people who hold us up. Two figures tenderly lean into each other & finding safety and rest on a shoulder. Closeness here is shelter, and it's also fire. We collected it because love as refuge is a story worth keeping on the record.

"The Beginning" by @vulcanstudionft captures the moment before the story, a spirit taking her first step into the unknown. Not the arrival, the threshold. We collected it because origins matter. We want to be there at the start.

"inside of me" takes braided hair & turns it into structure. Braiding is lineage; hours in someone's lap, hands pass down what words can't. Here it's the frame holding everything up. We collected it because what we carry inside should be seen as architecture, not just adornment.

"Acceptance" by @artistNAJU a piece about arriving at yourself. Not asking to be fixed as it's already whole. We collected it because self-love is its own kind of resistance. When was the last time you let yourself be enough?💕

"I Am Still Here" is a declaration before it's an image. Four words that carry the weight of everyone who has been overlooked, written off, or told their moment has passed. It doesn't ask for permission to exist. It just says so. We collected it because presence is the point.
