I say Victoria instead of Kelowna for that 2nd BC franchise. Just think...A designated ferry across to the Island/Mainland becomes one big tailgate party. Bars, big screen TV's, great food, live entertainment, @KateBeirness & the TSN Panel live on board! I'd go!!
