Ukraine’s hypocritical allies, in the information war, are helping Russia. They continue to fund false Russian propaganda, which helps the mad Nazi Putin destroy Ukrainians.
Today I sent an email to the Department for Education. Here is the text:
"Complaint regarding Russian propaganda in the British education system
Dear Department for Education,
I recently wrote to the Prime Minister to express my concern about the large amount of false Russian propaganda circulating in our country. I also reminded him of the United Kingdom’s commitments to Ukraine and of his statement that Britain would fully honour those commitments.
I identified British universities as one of the sources through which this false propaganda is spread. They form part of the Kremlin’s machinery aimed at the destruction of the Ukrainian people. The level of falsehood promoted by some British professors is, in my view, even greater than that of their Russian counterparts. As a British taxpayer, I therefore call on you to establish a commission to examine the facts and to eradicate Russian propaganda from the British education system. Russian propaganda poses a threat to national security. It misleads the British public, the international community and political leadership.
This work should begin with the misleading "Oxford Dictionary of World History". Many historical facts relating to the history of Russia and Ukraine have been distorted in Russia’s favour or invented by British academics. For example, the entry on Poltava (the battle) states that the Ukrainian leader Mazeppa helped the Muscovite tsar defeat the Swedes. In reality, Mazeppa fought together with the Swedes against the Tsar of Muscovy. When I contacted Oxford University Press, I was told that all information published in the dictionary is checked. My subsequent letter to the Vice-Chancellor of Oxford University Press received no reply.
The principal aim of the deranged dictator Putin in this war is the complete destruction of the Ukrainian state and the complete destruction of the Ukrainian people. British universities — and British professors — are helping Russia erase Ukrainian history, that is, the history of the Ukrainian people, and are slandering Ukraine, an ally of the United Kingdom.
I hope that the agreement signed between the United Kingdom and Ukraine, which includes a section on countering Russian propaganda and information threats, together with the Prime Minister’s honour and his promise to fulfil Britain’s commitments to Ukraine in full, will be sufficient for you to take action. It is your duty to improve the education of British society. Falsehood in British universities is inconsistent with the values you declare. For my part, I am ready to provide further information and evidence.
