I like the app for the notifications!
1 point of improvement in general:
For the ‘Demand Signals’ could you stop showing signals from names I’ve sold.
Gives me fomo and regret 😂
We stand on the shoulder of giants. I’ve drawn inspiration from you multiple times Josh and if it wasn’t for you and others sharing I wouldn’t be the domainer I am today.
That’s why I do my best as well to share 🙏 Many newbies are indeed learning so much quicker I’m amazed!
hi Matt, any news on LTO payments? Tried paying via card, crypto, etc. All seems to not be working for 2 weeks.
Few names overdue and getting worried 🥲
Congrats James!
Usually for these betting sites, depending on the geo sometimes domains get blocked. It's why you have some random 88 or bet names taken in 100+ tlds. Because they jump between domains 😉
When most of the juice is squeezed, I think the “buying” opportunity that remains is through pawn shop or financing-style defaults
What do you think Drew?
You’d be surprised if you chuck it in Appraisals 😉
Imo it is, taken in close to 100 extensions, these type of 4L names are catching on. FLWR sold for 250k, SPCE for 50k sometime back, and others going for high
FRST can be First, Forest, Frost
Lost trust in Gname - FRST(.)com
3 days ago, the auction for FRST(.)com ended at Sav. Sav’s bidding system is atrocious and Gname provided the ability for proxy bids.
Strangely enough, FRST(.)com closed at $10,100 on Gname. While it closed at $5,655 on Sav. Apparently Gname did not submit the proxy bids to Sav.
The name was delivered to the winner on Sav and rightly so. However, what does Gname do to take responsibility? They ONLY offered $100 in credits for a name that is valued at 6 figures.
IMO it is honestly insulting and shows that they care 0 for domainers and don’t value you, me or anyone.
My recommendation: If you are seriously bidding for a name, AVOID Gname.

Yup.. I was lucky I closed a deal 2 days before this change. They also quoted GD value which convinced them it was ok to sell.
Going to be more difficult hunting off-market deals now 😅
Fantastic news on the sell side! This might be the tide that lifts all boats.
On the buy side (as a domainer) this might make it more difficult to buy low since owners often search for appraisals.
