i’m really glad we made the night show happen, and many many folks enjoyed it.
yesterday we doubled down on our thesis: in this new « slop » media era where creating becomes so easy, we will keep chasing greatness like we started months ago.
i believe @siliconmania is an experience design company.
crafting magical experiences for better human-machines interactions.
it goes from IRL events, to HQ productions, to software, to hardware.
and yes, we will scale.
we just started with things that doesn’t scale, following the OG @paulg playbook.
tbh, i believe Silicon Valley has lost that magical taste when Steve Jobs left us. it’s time to bring that level of care and attention back, especially with what AI is able to unlock for humans.
and if we’re good enough, everyone wins:
- folks in the « bubble » have fun, get great marketing, great experiences.
- folks out of the « bubble » discover what’s happening and enjoy the amazing technology we’re shipping in the best way possible.
i hate how many people out there are scared of @Waymo. i’m sorry to say this but it’s definitely our fault. we suck at promoting our innovations outside of SV.

SpaceX has exercised the option to acquire @cursor_ai in an all-stock transaction with the goal of building the world’s most useful AI models.
For the past few months, SpaceXAI has been jointly training a model with Cursor, which will be released in Cursor and Grok Build soon.
We look forward to working closely with the Cursor team to advance our frontier AI capabilities

A year ago @danshipper came on the podcast to predict where AI was heading. He was remarkably right—including the call that everyone was sleeping on Claude Code.
Dan has a unique lens into where things are going because his team at @every is possibly the most AI-pilled group of people in tech. I always learn a ton talking to Dan.
So I brought him back for round two. We'll score these in exactly a year:

Agent visibility is the next distribution layer.
The future traffic to APIs, SDKs, docs, CLIs, MCP servers, and developer tools will increasingly come from agents acting on behalf of humans.
And because agent behavior is still heavily shaped by human workflows and developer ecosystems, human experience today gives a strong signal for what agent experience evolves into tomorrow.
If agents can’t properly experience, interpret, and use your product through the internet, your distribution slowly collapses.
Every tech company will eventually need to start optimizing for Agent Experience (AX).
For consumer products, that may look like:
