What happened to all the muffler places? In the 80s and 90s, we had entire ad campaigns between competing muffler joints. They encouraged you to demand low prices as if everyone needed a new muffler all of the time. “I’M NOT GONNA PAY A LOT FOR THIS MUFFLER, GODDAMMIT!”
