Hmm, the advancements in AI got me thinking about my home. My wife and I will have it paid off in the next couple months. We are almost 50 and we've worked hard all these years to reach this milestone. We have two kids as well.
But what happens to our house if, for some reason, both my wife and I are laid off due to AI and we no longer have money to pay our property taxes?
The govt will take our home? Id have to sell the home and move into a smaller home? I would have to pay capital gains as well? This is unacceptable.
Property taxes are a crime against the people.
@RonDeSantis Ron, you need to get your state to eliminate property taxes. If your state does it, the other states will eventually follow suit. This needs to happen.

I've been selling call options on TSLA every month for the past 5+ years, and I have to say I haven't seen the option premium this low in years, maybe ever. The options market is pricing in almost no upside over the next few months. Its a little crazy. Not sure if its going to rip the face off of option sellers or if the stock will tank very soon. Anyone's guess.

How is it that the media and the general public all say that Elon is a Nazi, hes selfish, he wants to control us, hes an evil trillionaire, blah blah blah. Yet, with all this money and power, he hasn't controlled a single person. In fact, the general public continues to bash everything he says on his own website. With all that money and power, it be would be verry easy to control us, yet he hasn't.

Holy crap, was on work call today and my boss interrupted to say, "Wow, my car just told me i'm drowsy and that I should pull over and get Starbucks! So cool, it knows me so well!" She drives a Lucid. In my mind, i'm thinking, "Amazing. My car doesn't do that, but it is literally driving me right now with zero input and therefore, it doesn't matter if i'm drowsy. In fact, i've been working on my computer this whole time." Sheesh, people are in for a rude awakening.

People keep looking for answers in the stock price. This is not the right way to look at it. Look at the business and the progress it makes month after month and project out where u think that progress will be in 1 or 2 years. Stop looking at the stock price to tell u what to do.

Tesla's FSD reduces road rage. Was there ever an instance when u were a passenger in a car and you had road rage? Its never happened to me. FSD makes you a passenger and your mind is then put to ease. The byproduct is no road rage, calmness, and clarity.

Honestly, I can't wait for Tesla to unleash Unsupervised FSD just to see what excuses these brainless fools come up with. These people refuse to even try FSD v14 for a couple hours and they come up with every excuse in the book to not research the product. Despicable people who produce nothing of value for society or their families.
The biggest surprise of 2025 was that $TSLA didn't remove the safety drivers from its "robotaxi" service.
Not because the software was ready, but because Elon doesn't normally have any qualms about risking people's lives to pump the stock.

FSD v14.2.2 drove me 30 miles from my house in OC to Knotts Berry Farm. It was so smooth. You barely feel the accelerating and decelerating or the lane changes. Its exquisite. The robot is driving better than humans now. Its wild.

Advice for 20 to 35 year olds...Buy Tsla now and don't look again for the next 10 years. I'm nearly 50 and this FSD/Optimus opportunity might be the last generational investment opportunity of my lifetime. Don't make the same mistake I did when I was about 20 years old when I watched the Amazon, Google, and Apple trains just pass right by me. If I had to give advice to my 20 year old self, this would be it.

Crazy to me how people whine, complain, and cry about Elon. Hes a nazi, they say. He misses his own deadlines, they claim. Hes a fascist, a homophobe, a war monger, etc. Yet many of these same people will buy a Tesla, or not sell their Tesla, or buy tsla shares in the company, or use X which he owns, and pay him $8 a month to use X. Why? How do they reconcile what they believe about him and yet use his products? What am I missing?

With the release of FSD V14, i've become even more furious with people like Dan O'Dowd. He and others have spent millions of dollars, time, and effort for several years trying to stop this revolutionary product. They're despicable and doing a disservice to society. @RealDanODowd
