On July 13, 2024, Jim went to Butler to hear President Trump speak.
A left-wing psycho opened fire on the President and struck multiple supporters in the crowd. Corey Comperatore was killed. Trump was hit in the ear. Jim was shot twice once in the arm, once in the abdomen.
He fought for two years after that day. Multiple surgeries. Permanent injuries. Bullet fragments still in his body.
Left-wing violence has very real and deadly consequences. This evil must be rejected.

There is no public safety in Minneapolis. 30 new cops is a drop in the bucket when the city needs HUNDREDS of new cops.
Yesterday, 30 new officers took the oath to serve Minneapolis.
They’re part of one of MPD’s largest and most diverse graduating classes in recent history. That’s real momentum as we continue strengthening public safety and investing in the people who serve our city.

"I mean, dumping grease into our stormwater system? Like I don't even know where to begin on that," said Becka Thompson, a former Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board commissioner.
