Candace is about to go live and do what she always does: take a campus after-action report, strip it of context, and sell it as proof TPUSA “set Charlie up.” Read the actual Kirk family response first. UVU hosted the event. UVU police and campus leadership had the site. The family’s counsel says UVU was understaffed, unprepared, and assumed responsibility for safety that day. That is the claim they put in writing. What she will do on the “emergency live”: • treat “TPUSA wanted the courtyard” as a confession instead of a venue dispute • treat non-cooperation with UVU’s review as a cover-up instead of a legal posture • skip that UVU still signed off, still controlled campus access, and still ran the site • turn planning failures into her year-long “they betrayed Charlie / the org is finished” story A report can criticize event planning without proving her plot. She doesn’t need it to. She needs a document she can walk “page by page” while telling you the conclusion she announced before she opened it. Don’t let her narrate this unchallenged. At how many times you’ve done this exact same “EMERGENCY LIVE / I KNEW IT / DETAILS IN A BIT” routine and delivered NOTHING but more teasers, more blurry clips, and more “wait till you see this.” A full year of “I knew it.” Still no receipts. Still no smoking gun. Still just another episode of Candace Owens: Content Farmer. Nobody believes you. You have nothing. You never will. This isn’t an investigation. Candace just moved the goalposts again. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Last night Andrew Wilson dropped the actual evidence on The Crucible: photo + video + metadata of Charlie and Erika at their Scottsdale home on Sept 8, 2025 at 7:16pm watching the Bears-Vikings game. Charlie says “Go Bears.” The kids are there. The file data puts them at the house. Fort Huachuca is a 3 hour drive. The Mitch Snow sighting she and Stew have been running with is physically impossible. Candace claims “official timeline with a nanny.” However, Erika is literally in the room with Charlie! So what does Candace do this morning? She pretends no video confirming Erika’s whereabouts exists, demands a formal statement that Erika herself recorded it, and then moralizes that giving Wilson the last hours of Charlie with his children is “deeply, deeply disturbing.” This is the pattern. Court evidence points to Tyler Robinson. Text messages, security logs, the hearing footage and the bullet fragments. To Candace, none of it matters. When the Sept 8th alibi gets crushed by metadata, the new demand is “who held the phone” and “how dare she share it.” The conclusion never changes. Only the standard of proof does. No matter the evidence, Candace refuses to concede! She cannot be be trusted as good faith. The goalposts will always shift. No matter how wrong she is, she refuses to be wrong and let the conspiracy die, even when the receipts are timestamped and geolocated. Erika didn’t owe the internet her husband’s last night at home with his kids. She released it because a year of insinuations made from a disgusting internet bully with an army of blind cult followers required it. Candace calling this disturbing just goes to show how truly bad faith she is. I saw that video last night and it made me sad, because that video was something precious to Charlie, Erika and their children. Candace saw that video and immediately started crafting a new angle of attack with a giant smile on her face. Because ultimately, Candace doesn’t care about Charlie. She hates Erika and wants her to suffer.

TPUSA isn’t “villainizing” Candace Owens. They’re responding to a woman who has spent months implying Charlie’s own organization, his widow, his closest staff, and his friends were complicit in his murder or covered it up. She has floated that it “had to be approved by Charlie’s friends,” that people at TPUSA “betrayed” him, that Erika Kirk should be dragged in for questioning, and that foreign governments plus the U.S. military somehow fit into the plot. All while producing nothing that would last five minutes under actual scrutiny. The hits keep coming with the same empty tank: She accused staff of changing stories about Charlie’s final texts and the night before he was killed, then treated normal memory gaps like a smoking gun. (Zero Evidence) She launched an entire series called Bride of Charlie that went forensic on Erika Kirk’s biography, dating history, and documents while the woman was still grieving. Critics called it targeting a widow. Owens called it “justice.” (Zero Evidence) She has suggested Tyler Robinson is a patsy who might not even have been on campus, shared “never-before-seen” footage that conveniently fuels the conspiracy, and treated official evidence like optional fan fiction. She alleged millions in financial impropriety at an organization Charlie personally audited and signed off on down to the dollar. (No documents. No receipts. Just the accusation) She talks about secret meetings at military bases, Egyptian planes, destroyed crime scenes, and algorithmic sabotage like she’s narrating a rejected X-Files episode. Then she acts stunned when people who actually knew Charlie push back. And the tone? Relentless. She calls Andrew Kolvet a clown, calls comparisons “blasphemous” and “sick,” labels people “shady,” and frames anyone who disagrees as part of the cover-up. Staff have received death threats serious enough that some hired security and left their homes. That’s the “justice” tour. (Still……. No Evidence!) TPUSA sent cease-and-desist letters telling her to stop implying the organization or its people knew about the assassination in advance, participated in it, or covered it up. They invited her to present her evidence on a livestream. She declined or demanded her own format. The former head of Charlie’s security is currently suing her for defamation over claims she couldn’t back up. (Because she has NO EVIDENCE!!) If she actually had proof, she wouldn’t need to keep the bit going for a full year with “just asking questions” energy and dream revelations. Charlie Kirk was murdered in public. A suspect is in the system. The organization he built is trying to keep functioning instead of becoming the supporting cast in Candace’s Unsolved Mystery Podcast. Maybe that’s why? 🤷‍♂️
