He holds a PhD in computer science from Princeton and co-authored the original Arbitrum research paper that the network is built on.

Priority Gas Auctions (PGA) and Fast Feed for @Arbitrum are live!
> PGA lets senders compete for earlier ordering by attaching a priority fee to each transaction.
> Fast Feed streams transaction and ordering information as the sequencer adds transactions to the active block.
Both are complementary to each other.
Arbitrum One is the first Arbitrum chain to integrate PGA and Fast Feed. Dedicated chains built with the Arbitrum Platform can implement them as well.
