This anito-cel paper in @NEJM seems to include a similar proportion of 17p del, t(14,16) and t(4, 14) as did CARTITUDE-1 with both studies having roughly 25-30% of patients with the aforementioned high risk genetics. I couldn't find what % of CARTITUDE-1 had gain of 1q
