There are lots of worries about jobs at the moment, but every company I've worked with over the last couple of years has been furiously hiring. 'digital' jobs are booming. It's often hard to find the decent jobs on LinkedIn, or the big jobs boards, as the good ones are mingled in with lots of spam, and 'ghost jobs' (where for example recruiters are harvesting CVs without actively hiring). Here's a project to try and fix that. There are 125,000 jobs live already, all vetted to try and avoid the above problems, across every digital area - marketing, engineering, data, cyber security, product, AI, and much more. The 125,000 current live jobs are filtered down from 1m+ total, getting rid of all of the CV harvesters, ghost jobs, etc, and anything over 90 days, to avoid wasting people's time. And each allows the jobseeker to upload their CV to get a match score on how likely they fit. Every job is summarised in 3 lines, so you can find out quickly if it's what you want, before reading the whole job description, and we've also done some work so each job gives a full breakdown of the likely skills needed, even when those aren't mentioned by the hiring company. There are jobs live from Google (1,495 jobs), Apple (435 jobs), OpenAI (229 jobs), Anthropic (217 jobs), Spotify (23 jobs), and tons more. And there's also a marketplace for people building AI agents to list them, and for companies to hire them. It will keep growing (building with @marshalltay, who previously co-founded Palace Skateboards and co-owned Leyton Orient). People love to talk down London. I think this may be the first time I've had *literal* receipts when someone did so. I wish some of the nicer restaurants were open later (though Simpsons in the Strand is open till 11.30 on a Monday 🙏), but lots of the casual places are open later than New York now.
