Ukraine got its hands on a Russian plan to hit energy and water infrastructure with up to 1000 missiles, drones and bombs this winter. The main targets are major cities like Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odesa. The goal is to leave civilians without power, heating or water in an attempt to force Ukrainians into capitulation. Now would be the right time to send Ukraine a ton of Patriot missiles, heating equipment and any other assistance it needs.
