Named in reports: substitute teacher **Chynia Johnson** (alleged to have encouraged her son to fight the 4-year-old, then grabbed/shook/threw him) and teacher **Jacqueline De Luna** (allegedly failed to intervene). No criminal charges reported. Johnson is no longer employed there.

The daycare is Arka Montessori & the operators recently had another incident where a 5-year-old was left on a bus in triple digit heat. Different building, same company. Thank God she survived!
Jessica Smith-Ward, 37, bus driver with Arka Montessori, has been arrested after a 5-year-old girl, who was attending an after school program at the daycare, was left locked in the bus on a triple-digit day for about two hours.
