In Truth, this debt isn't owed by the Republic, but by the UNITED STATES that reorganized as a municipal corporation after the Civil War, that can "sue and be sued, plea and be pleaded." The Organic Act 1871 is the big tell that the Republic was left without a Trustee, and that the UNITED STATES re-organized to usurp control over the States and the People. It isn't a legitimate government and there hasn't been one since the Republic fell in 1871. We have been in an Oligarchy ever since. Now, whether there is a such thing as a "legitimate" government anywhere at any time is another topic for discussion, and that debate was quite active prior to the Republic's adoption of the Constitution. The federalists and those who advocated States rights had a rigorous debate and those who wanted the Rights of the People and the States to prevail as the Sovereign seem to have been more correct in opposing a strong federal government which built this debt and destroyed the practice of a Natural Law Republic. Read the pre-amble to the Constitution and you will see the People created the United States and they therefore have the Right to uncreate it. So says the Declaration. Let the creditors collect from the federal reserve and the UNITED STATES and revise the Republic with no federal government. There is nothing there but a mountain of fraudulent IOUs. It was simply counterfeit. It was and is a crime. The question is, is the Constitution the Supreme Law of the Land, as it says in Article VI?
