He’s also been reliable with Ja’Marr Chase on the field, clearing this line in 65% of his last 20 games. Higgins has had a lot of success in this matchup, going over in 6/8 games vs Pittsburgh while averaging 88.8 receiving yards. Pittsburgh ranks 29th in yards allowed to WRs and 30th overall defensively, so this is a secondary that can be attacked. With defenses usually giving extra attention to Ja’Marr Chase, Higgins should have chances to work against softer coverage and find space on intermediate routes. He doesn’t need a massive target share, he just needs normal involvement in a matchup that has been giving up production to WR. With his recent form and the way this defense ranks, Higgins has a clean path to going over this line.
